Irish Ice-Cream Mudslide
New England styled "Irish Coffee" to kick off March! Although, 'mudslide' season in New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine that falls later in the month is not exactly tourist friendly...this delicious ice-cream cocktail makes up for it.

In my opinion, and aside from the delightful Baileys, which is undoubtedly the star of this show with this recipe. . . the ice-cream truly elevates the cocktail to a whole new level of yummy!
The creamy texture, rich flavors, and endless variety of ice cream options can transform any dish into a decadent treat that is hard to resist. Ingredients
2 ounces Vodka
2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
2 ounces Kahlua
2 ice cubes
1 cup coffee ice-cream of choice
2 ounces light cream
Bittersweet chocolate
Directions
Simply blend all ingredients and top with shaved bittersweet chocolate
