Yoga

I bring to my teaching my love of learning and my passion to heal. I strive to make yoga, meditation, and mindfulness training available to a wide and diverse population. I specialize in Therapeutic yoga and movement and am devoted to helping those in pain grow and heal. I try to reach as broad an audience as possible through public classes, specialty classes, workshops, private instruction, free community classes, school-based events and classes, online courses, teacher training and mentoring.

Small Specialty Classes

Movement is joy. It connects us to our environment, makes us stronger, and calms our minds. Get inspired, and get going. 

Foundations Series Classes

The beauty of yoga is that there is something for everyone. This Foundations series, conducted in a small group, is designed for students new to yoga as well as seasoned practitioners who want to refine their technique and refresh their understanding of the fundamentals. Through mindful work and attention to breath, students will learn proper alignment in basic postures. Students will build strength, flexibility, and balance, and awareness in a safe and supportive environment. Registration is required.

Hatha Series Classes

The Hatha Yoga Series, conducted in a small group, is designed for experienced students who want refine and evolve their practice. Together we will explore meditation and poses, and deepen your understanding of neuromuscular alignment and build selfawareness in a safe and supportive environment. The class will be limited in size. Registration is required.

Osteoporosis Series

In this 9-week series learn cutting edge methods for maintaining and building bone strength. Lindsay will share tools and techniques from 30 years of her research and her therapeutic work that build bone mass and slow or even reverse the gradual bone loss associated with osteoporosis. She will help you build a program that is safe and will provide enough stress on your bones to maintain or increase bone density. Private Lessons

Lindsay offers private and semi-private yoga instruction based on a student's individual needs and interests. Private instruction may include yoga practice, consultation, therapeutic yoga, design a home-practice, and reiki. All private sessions foster the development of strong bodies and self awareness.
