A 5- week Virtual Meditation Course

Mondays and Thursdays 5:30-6:30 pm, March 30 – April 30


You are invited to join me on an inward journey designed to help you navigate these uncertain and difficult times. In times like this you need to bring yourself, with patience and heart, into the present moment. This journey inward will help you to connect to your heart and embrace your deepest wisdom and love. As the course progresses, you will better understand and appreciate your unique self, you will more easily move through stressful times with greater grace and greater ease. You will feel a sense of calm and ease. calm, wise and compassionate


I have designed Meditation and the Journey Inward, a 5-week Virtual Meditation Course with me to help you learn to move through these stressful times together. Through meditation, mindfulness, journaling, and crystal healing bowls participants will practice ancient methods designed to help achieve a calm mind and body.


Beginning March 30, we will meet twice a week Live Online through Zoom for 5 weeks. We will meditate together, turn inward, connect to our hearts and the present moment. Each Monday we will study various paths inward and explore in depth tools will help the curious student back to the heart. On Thursdays we will meditate together with the healer and gifted musician, Ayumi Ueda, playing crystal healing bowls. You will be able to ask questions to help you gain greater clarity. The approach to each of these subjects grew out of 30 years of dedicated personal practice, and the teaching of hundreds of students. Participants will, thus, learn a rare and unique way of turning inward and connecting to your inner calm.
